The candidate would maintain and administer an Oracle Applications (10g) Database on a Sun Solaris or UNIX OS environment

Desired Profile

Installation, configuration and upgrading of Oracle server software and related products

Correct and maintain sound backup and recovery policies and procedures

Implement and maintain database security

Perform database monitoring

Work as part of a team and provide 7x24 support when required

Job Description:

As Head - HR, a senior management position at Arctern, you will be primarily responsible for all core HR activities. Your team will be required to manage all employee related issues starting with induction to ongoing training across the spectrum of company practice areas with the goal of ensuring our processes, work culture, and employees are capable of delivering world class projects on-time and of the highest quality.
