(1) Responsibilities & Key Result Areas |
Major responsibilities: 1) Need to have good troubleshooting skills on TSRM 7.1, Web Sphere & DB2 issues (customer support) 2)Need to work on service requests, incidents, work orders, defects, problem, customization & enhancements on Maximo/TSRM applications as per the SLA 3) Need to work on documenting changes and participate in reviews & technical discussions 4) Will be reporting to a both onsite & offshore lead/manager and providing status on regular basis 5) Need to work on different shifts and also ready to work on on-call support on regular basis.

(2) Competencies – Technical / Functional and Managerial |
Technical / Functional (must): 1) Ability to work on service requests, incidents & understanding of change management 2) Installation and configuration of Maximo, TSRM, data loading, and BIRT reporting 2) Ability to write TSRM/Maximo custom classes (not just java classes) 3) Workflow Designer 4) Application Designer 5) Knowledge of TSRM/Maximo schemas / tables / relationships 6) Prior integration experience (Maximo with any other external product)
Skills Preferred 1) ITIL and TSRM Certified 2) Knowledge of Tivoli CCMDB, its tables, and how it works 3) Knowledge of TAMIT, its tables and how it works 4) Knowledgeable of Maximo 7.1.x.x 5) Migration Manager 6) Email listener 7) Data loader

Education: BE/MS degree Skill Sets: 1) Proficient in SQL 2) Database experience: DB2 / Oracle 10g 3) Platforms: Windows, AIX, Linux and Unix 4) Basic Knowledge on JAVA & scripting
Soft skills: Can do attitude, excellent verbal and written communication, listening, problem solving, multi-tasking, mentoring, interpersonal skills, organized, self-starter, quick learner, team-oriented, detail oriented, good work ethics.
Experience 4 years of software development experience on Maximo applications. 1-2 years of experience in direct communication with client Willingness/ Open to travel within India and abroad if required.
