4. Experience in installing WiFi access points & routers

5. Installation of operating systems through automated processes

6. Strong trouble shootings skills and hardware break fix skills

7. Experience in managing and coordinating with hardware vendor & suppliers

8. Strong ITIL knowledge

9. MCSE Certified

10. Should have worked on Windows server OS, Active directory architecture, Backup & Restore operations using Symantec Backup Exec

12. Should have strong communication skills

13. Strong understanding of call handling through Incident Management system (ticket based)

14. Documentation skills to create MIS reports related to Asset Inventories, SLAs etc.

15. Should have knowledge and real time experience on troubleshooting issues through remote management tools
