TRAINING - On the Job Training will be given
DURATION – 2 Months of Intensive Training
Job Description
1. Should be able to use Job portals/ Job boards extensively and efficiently for talent hunts and sourcing.
2. Screening, short listing, sourcing candidates for the given skill sets through various job sites, referrals.
3. Should be well versed with MS office, Outlook, extensive browsing involved.
4. Interview scheduling/ Pre Screening candidates.
5. Follow ups with the candidates till they join.
6. Organizing documentation work involving contract agreements with candidates.
7. Building and maintaining database of contacts and resumes and other such info.
8. Effective usage of email/phone
