Server and middleware team manager will be part of the Worksite sustenance team located in Bangalore and be involved in leading the effort to enhance and maintain:
* Lead the team of highly skilled software engineers to innovate, architect, design and develop new extensions to and enhance existing functionality of the Worksite platform.
* Identify and develop reusable components based on COM and .NET for use in various products and tools.
* Interact with customers and support teams to troubleshoot and fix customer-reported defects and release to customers as patches and service packs.
* Develop other tools and utilities that solve specific problems in support of the customers.

* Manage a QA team that tests enterprise software, in Bangalore.
* Closely interact with the Development teams, Product Managers, Project Managers, and Tech Support Managers to ensure quality delivery of Interwoven software products.
* Help with customer problem resolution.
Required skills:
* Extensive knowledge of software testing processes, methodologies, and tools.
* Testing enterprise software on J2EE or .Net Platform.
* Test planning, Estimation, Test case design, Test Execution, and Monitoring.
* Strong competence in quality engineering methodologies.
* Experience with test automation using advanced test frameworks in QTP/WinRunner.
* Bug triaging and root cause analysis.
* Metric reporting and risk analysis.
* Stress, scalibility, performance, and load testing Managerial.
* Strong People Management skills, including mentoring and coaching.
* Strong Project Management skills.
* Strong interpersonal skills.
* Excellent communication skills.
