The role: HR Business Partner

Description:

Human Resources Business Partners (sometimes called HR Generalists) are on the front line of servicing and interacting with our employees. We perform both hands-on and strategic roles in providing human resources expertise in employee relations, coaching/development, compensation, conflict management, organizational development, training and more. Our team supports specific organizations, functions and/or geographies, and we embed ourselves within the business to work closely with management and employees on people-related issues. HR Business Partners are also instrumental in initiating and driving HR programs/initiatives within those organizations, placing considerable focus on retention, scaling and culture issues.

Responsibilities:
Understand the dynamics of the business and functions and drive human resource practices and processes that will create an effective and high-performing organization.
Coach business leaders on leading and managing their organizations effectively.
Work closely with employees and business leaders to provide and establish initiatives to drive performance management, career development frameworks, career road maps and development plans.
Advise and work with the compensation department on compensation, incentives and reward programs.
Provide management information, data analysis, metrics and tools that demonstrate progress toward achieving key milestones.

Requirements:
An MBA with specialization in HR preferred with a strong academic record.
At least 5 years of HR experience, ideally in a high-growth and changing environment (multinational company preferred).
Proven background as an effective strategist and practitioner with a solid track record of successfully implementing HR programs and initiatives.

The role: HR Business Partner

As Human Resources Business Partner, you'll proactively assess personnel and staffing needs and implement tactical and strategic solutions in a changing environment. Your responsibilities will be to provide guidance with organizational effectiveness, change management and conflict resolution. You'll also provide expertise in career planning, performance management, coaching, data analysis, compensation and rewards, employee relations, learning and development, recognition programs and strategic development. Additionally, driving the effective delivery of HR programs will require you to develop and maintain strong partnerships with the group's leadership team and functional HR departments.
